STEPHEN/BIOGRAPHY
Stephen Andrew Lynch was born in Abington, PA on July 28th. His family moved a little while later to Saginaw, MI. Stephen has a brother Drew (yes Stephen's middle name is his brother first. No Drews middle name is not Stephen) who is two years younger then him. Stephen grew up in MI, even going to college there. ( He went to West Michigan Unv. for acting) In college, Stephen and his friends would make up songs. It quickly turned into a "who could out do who" contest. Stephen had the knack for it. After college, Stephen moved out to LA for a short while. But He decided on New York City after falling in love with the fast pace, gritty city

A friend asked Stephen to perform some of his songs at a comedy night at West Bank Cafe. The crowd enjoyed it so much, that people were asking when he would be back. Which led to radio spots such as Opie & Anthony, Bob & Tom and Dr. Demento.
Stephen made a demo cd ( half a man). In 1997, he performed A Month Dead on Premium Blend. Which would later lead to an half hour special on Comedy Central in 2000. (Comedy Central Presents Stephen Lynch was songs from A Little Bit Special and some from the upcoming live Superhero. A Little Bit Special was released in 2000. It is still the highest rate Presents special.) He also hosted shows such as Vh1's Street Games and Comedy Central's Hi Fi Party. He also did Comedy Central Spotlight, Behind the Behind. In 2002, He went to Australia as part of the World Comedy Tour 2. He played Grandfather Die, a solo version of Best Friends Song, and Talk to Me. Also that summer, He was Joseph at the Barne Theatre in MI. In October of 2002, Stephen recorded Superhero live at a couple different clubs The cd was sold at his shows only till it was released to store on January 15th, 2003. Stephen has been promoting Superhero with basically a non-stop touring of colleges, theatres and clubs.
For the whole month of January of 2003, Comedy Central was having a contest for best Stand-up Comedian. When February 2nd rolled around, Stephen was #1.
